1. We prefer artwork to be sent in PDF format with fonts converted to curves. This ensures your job will be printed as you see it on screen.
2. Please check the programme you are using has been set to the correct page size.  Word and Publisher default page size is Letter, which is an American standard and not A4.
3. The colours you see on screen do not always print the same. For colour accuracy please supply a previous copy or request a sample.
4. Printing presses do not automatically print to the paper edges. To enable edge to edge printing we use over-sized sheets and extend the artwork 3mm beyond the actual paper size to create trimming bleeds. Please read details below to learn more about adding bleeds to your artwork.
